Take 15 minutes a day to touch base with the people you work with to get a status update. Running a bookkeeping or accounting business can be difficult, and making sure your team has what they need to do their jobs will make it just a little less so. If you’re solo, find a group (like Richard Roppa’s roundtable group) or another solo practitioner that you can touch base with to hold each other accountable.
