Each morning with my first coffee of the day, I go through my client communication app, Liscio, and my regular emails. I take the time to organize or star emails that need to be attended to. I have subfolders in my Gmail account and sometimes put things in the “do later” or “do this week” folder. Or, I use the “remind me” functionality of the Gmail program and have Google remind me on a future date if it is something I can tackle on a different day.
