Take a look at your own books to see if you’re on track to hit revenue goals. Evaluate how your marketing plan is working: Are you getting new leads and how are they finding you? Is your team productive? Are you? Email a client or two and ask for a testimonial or create a customer service survey to find how you can improve. Like the cobbler’s kids that have no shoes, sometimes we’re so focused on helping our clients that we forget to take care of it for our own business.
