So, instead of trying to respond to emails, entering those transactions into QuickBooks®, and chatting with your team on Slack, schedule a pomodoro and focus on one task. You’ve never heard of the pomodoro technique? Well it’s all about working in 25 minutes blocks and then taking a five-minute break. This time management method was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. This is how I’m able to check so many things off my to do list – and now you can, too!
