Slack: This one isn’t really automation, but it makes my life easier. We have eight members on our team. We all communicate with each other through Slack. Can you imagine what our email would look like if we didn’t have this app? Plus, we have a general channel that we use for things like pictures of new kittens and other fun stuff!
Dext (formerly Receipt Bank): Dext makes it so much easier than having clients send me emails or pictures of their bills to pay. Once they are used to sending them to Dext, all we have to do is review the categorization and click a button to send them to QuickBooks®. No downloading/uploading or typing in the information.
