Intuit QuickBooks Live and our Customer Success teams are constantly striving to enhance the support provided to customers. As part of this ongoing commitment, we will be conducting a test to better understand how we can optimize our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted service offerings for different customer needs. We’re sharing this information with you, our accountant partners, because this test will be exposed to our shared customers.
The upcoming test aims to identify which service features are most important to our diverse customers. Some of the features we are looking to explore include priority queue access to support and extended hours for weekend support.
During this test, a select group of customers who proactively seek help may encounter options that allow them to indicate their purchase interest in these enhanced support features. This initiative is yet another way by which QuickBooks Live is dedicated to providing top-tier assistance as a complement to what accountants already provide in order to help our shared customers succeed.
As we embark on this learning journey, the insights garnered will help us tailor our services to better meet the specific needs of QuickBooks customers, including those customers we share with our accountant community.
